October 2015 marks the 20th anniversary of the first discovery of a planet outside
our solar system (exoplanet), orbiting a solar type star. As of today, about 2000
exoplanets are known, but none of them can be called an "Earth 2.0". In this talk
I'll review the efforts of my group at IAG/USP towards discovering an Earth 2.0
and a Solar System 2.0.
